Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach out to us at info@stetsonswim.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

We usually operate from the third week of May through September, depending on the weather. If you have a heated pool, our instructors might be available outside of the regular season, subject to instructor availability.

Families schedule at least one lesson each week, though some opt for 2-3 lessons to complete their package quickly. The frequency of lessons is flexible, based on your preferences and the availability of the instructor.

Parent involvement isn't mandatory. For children aged 2 and under, we might ask for parental participation. However, kids aged 3 and up, particularly beginners, tend to thrive with individual attention from the instructor.

Children can participate in a shared lesson together, however only two beginner swimmers, aged 5 and older are permitted in the pool at the same time.

We'll make every effort to arrange your lessons with your preferred instructor, however it cannot be guaranteed to happen.

Yes, we can go to any pool—yours, the community pool, or even your neighbor's—just as long as it's within our boundaries.

Absolutely! Our instructors are CPR and First Aid certified, and we can offer water safety and lifeguarding services for special events, depending on availability.
